Real Estate based investment vehicles

Real Estate or property-based investments are tried-and-true approaches to building wealth and generating passive income. In the most classical shape, the simplest way of real estate investing is Buy-To-Let Property or Investment Property. Where the owner simply owns a property and rents it out to others to make a stable rental income for a long period of time.

But this approach has its disadvantages such as the relatively large amount of initial investment required and lack of liquidity when you decided to sell it.

This resulted in the creation of other vehicles even securities that are traded on the capital markets that are based on the performance of rental purpose real estate and project development. Those products will include development bonds, crowdfunding platforms, Real Estate Investment Trusts, real estate funds, etc...

BUY-TO-LET products

Buy-to-let property is a property that is purchased to let out (rent to someone else) in order to produce a rental return and income stream.
The property can also grow in value, producing a capital gain when you sell it in the secondary market.

Crowdfunding is a way to raise money from a large number of people. Large groups of people pool together small individual investments to provide the capital needed to get a company or project off the ground. Especially in the real-estate sector which traditionally requires a high minimum investment amount, crowdfunding enables investors who otherwise did not have access to this sector to benefit from this high-yielding sector.

Invescore Property LLC has been working with TECROWD (a lending-based crowdfunding platform that is registered and operates in Japan) on our projects such as the Khoimor office and Ambassador Residence so far and will add more collaboration in the future as well.
