Currently, on average, the annual Net Rental Yield of the projects managed by Invescore Property after all taxes & fees deducted is between 8-11% depending on the taxpayers status and the property type.

Depending on the location the real estate is sitting on, the annual Property tax range from 0.1% to 2%.

a) The real estate sales agreement amount which was recorded on State Registry.

c) The amount recorded as the book value of the real estate.
